My Top 10 Favorite/Most Used Mac OS X Applications:

10. Sid Meier's Civilation III: Complete

Yeah I know, it's not the latest and greatest, and I will be buying Civilization IV (eventually), but this remains my favorite game--period.

9. iMovie / iDVD

I do a good bit of video capture stuff, converting old video tape to DVD. iMovie and iDVD make this a snap.

8. Final Cut Express HD

Even though I only use a fraction of it's capabilities, FCE is great for those video projects that require more advanced editing.

7. Quicken

Yeah, I know it's not sexy, but come on...

6. Safari

Once again, not sexy. I know it's all the rage to use some browser OTHER than safari, I use Firefox with Winders, but I like Safari. It's fine for me.

5. iTunes

'nuff said.

4. RapidWeaver

Seamless integration with .Mac, and offers me MUCH more flexibility than iWeb. I mean, if I want to do nothing but drag and drop like in iWeb, I can. Or, if I want to write every bit of HTML and CSS myself, with no assistance from RapidWeaver, I can do that too, and pretty much anything in between. For a programmer, who's not going to be satisfied unless he can throw in some of his own bells & whistles (and yet has been strangely hesitant to purchase his own domain, hmmm...), this app rocks!

3. Delicious Library

Awesome app. Allows you to organize your Book, Movie and Game libraries (also music, but really, why not just use iTunes?).

2. Netflix Freak

Oh baby. This is another awesome app. For anyone who uses Netflix, and I use Netflix, this app is indispensible. Other than changing account settings, I can do everything in this app that I can do on the Netflix website, PLUS a whole lot more, and it is incredibly easy to use, whereas the Netflix site can be a real pain...

1. Quicksilver

I'm a late convert to Quicksilver, but it rocks. Use it every day, every time I use my Mac.
